Occupancy
The prices are per person and night for double occupancy. From the 3rd adult person we charge for OLIVIA 120,– EUR and for REBECCA 155,– EUR per night. Different prices apply at Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Formula 1 – see booking calendar.

Children
There is no charge for children up to the age of 4. For children between the ages of 5 and 14, OLIVIA is charged EUR 65 per night and REBECCA EUR 85.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome guests and almost free of charge (cleaning fee 70,– for OLIVIA and 120,– EUR for REBECCA once)

Further
breakfast and dinner can be booked in addition. Minimum stay 2 nights. Single nights on request! Minimum occupancy 2 adults. Single travelers receive a 10% discount on the minimum occupancy.

Cancellation conditions:

The Austrian hotel conditions apply.

If for any reason you are unable to take advantage of your stay at the LUXGUT, we will do our best to rent your chalet to someone else.

Unless we find another tenant, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • up to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price
  • 30 days to 8 days before arrival 70% of the total price
  • 7 days before arrival 90% of the total price
  • 100% of the total price on the day of arrival or early departure

We ask for your understanding that in exceptional cases we reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee in the event of above-average soiling.

Minimum stay
Bookable from 2 nights, if there is a gap in the booking plan, single nights are also possible

Daily arrival and departure

Arrival from 15.00 hrs. Departure by 11.00 am.

If no other guests arrive/depart on the day of your arrival/departure, you are welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer free of charge.


Payment:

Please pay by bank transfer according to the terms of payment in the booking confirmation. No credit/debit cards!
