Occupancy Rates:Prices are per person per night based on double occupancy (OLIVIA 265,– per person per night; REBECCA 520,– per person per night). For each additional adult beyond the second, we charge 130 EUR per night for OLIVIA and 170 EUR per night for REBECCA. Different rates apply for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Formula 1 events—see the booking calendar.

Children
There are no costs for children up to and including 4 years of age. For children between the ages of 5 and 14 inclusive, OLIVIA is charged EUR 70 per night and REBECCA EUR 90.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome guests and almost free of charge (cleaning fee 70,– for OLIVIA and 120,– EUR for REBECCA once)

Breakfast and dinner can be booked as add-ons. Minimum stay: 2 nights. Please inquire about single-night stays! Minimum occupancy: 2 adults. Solo travelers receive a 10% discount on the minimum occupancy rate.

Cancellation conditions:

If for any reason you are unable to take advantage of your stay at the LUXGUT, we will do our best to rent your chalet to someone else.

Unless we find another tenant, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • up to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price
  • 30 days to 8 days before arrival 70% of the total price
  • 7 days before arrival 90% of the total price
  • 100% of the total price on the day of arrival or early departure

In addition to our payment and cancellation policies, the Austrian hotel terms and conditions apply.

Please understand that, in exceptional cases, we reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee in the event of above-average, heavy soiling.

Minimum stay
Bookable from 2 nights, if there is a gap in the booking plan, single nights are also possible


Arrival and departure:

Daily arrival and departure

Arrival from 15.00 hrs. Departure by 11.00 am.

If no other guests arrive/depart on the day of your arrival/departure, you are welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer free of charge.


Payment:

Please pay by bank transfer according to the terms of payment in the booking confirmation. No credit/debit cards!
