2. eligibility
Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. participation period
The competition begins on 01.12.2025, 8:00 and ends on 24.12.2025, 23:59.
Participations outside this period will not be considered.
4. conditions of participation
Participation takes place by sending an e-mail with the correct solution word, name/address/phone number of the participant and the Instagram name.
Multiple entries are not permitted.
5. prize description
An overnight stay for 2 people at LUXGUT in Chalet OLIVIA in the period 1.1.2026 to 30.6.2026 will be raffled off among all eligible participants.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, cannot be offset against existing bookings (but an existing booking can be extended by the prize), and cannot be paid out in cash.
6. winner determination & notification
The winners will be determined by drawing a random number X, which corresponds to the xth e-mail received with the correct solution word.
The winner will be notified by e-mail within 7 days after the end of the competition.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the claim expires and a new winner will be determined.
7. data protection
Personal data (e.g. name, contact information) will be processed in order to carry out the competition.
The data will be used exclusively to carry out the competition and for marketing purposes of BienenAlm GmbH/LUXGUT.
8. exclusion of liability
The organizer is not liable for technical faults, data loss or delays beyond its control.
9. exclusion of participants
Participants may be excluded if conditions of participation are violated or attempts at manipulation are made.
10. termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to terminate or change the competition at any time for good cause (e.g. malfunctions, misuse).
11. Facebook/Instagram
The competition is in no way connected to the above-mentioned platforms and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by them.
Contact person and responsible party is solely the organizer.
12. legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
