In other words: We have 2 houses on our property (80.000m2) (

and OLIVIA) which are 300m away from each other on foot. Apart from the guests in these houses, there are only 3 alpacas, (wild) cats and wild animals (deer, stags, foxes, badgers etc.) living at the LUXGUT that drop by from time to time.

This is absolute privacy in the literal sense of the word.

We ourselves live 2 hours away from the Alm in the Salzkammergut.

Well-being means something slightly different for everyone.

That’s why we have created true wellness oases with our two vacation homes – chalets in modern German – just for your exclusive use.

Culinary delights prepared with love

We have many regular guests and some of them come back again and again because of our roast pork with honey crust.

Despite its secluded location, you don’t need to worry about your physical well-being at the LUXGUT. Our Heinzelmännchen breakfast, for example, always manages to surprise you with something new every fortnight. In addition, our dinners such as PipiHendi in the vegetable garden, Wüdsau or our Haxlbeisser not only have creative names, but also creative preparation methods. The ingredients are organic, regional and mainly from our local agricultural suppliers. This is sustainability that tastes good.
