Paul is our youngest offspring (born in 2021) and we have already passed the half-century mark. We love the location of LUXGUT and really appreciate the peace and quiet and unspoiled nature up there.
That’s why we want to protect, preserve and carefully develop this place so that Paul, his children and our children can still enjoy it and recharge their batteries.
Our chalets are not only the epitome of comfort and elegance, but also a clear commitment to sustainability in tourism and environmental responsibility.
So we have given the several centuries old carriage barn with OLIVIA and the old cowshed lives on in
REBECCA
(sorry – we eliminated the woodworms beforehand).
Own wastewater treatment plant
All chalets are connected to our own wastewater treatment plant, which guarantees environmentally friendly, sustainable wastewater treatment and returns the used water to nature in almost drinking water quality.

The LUXGUT is not only surrounded by breathtaking scenery, but is also blessed with its own spring. This supplies crystal-clear water and state-of-the-art control technology (all houses are networked with fiber optic cables) ensures the demand-controlled distribution of this valuable resource.

At LUXGUT, the focus is on a true luxury experience in harmony with nature. Our chalets offer maximum comfort without harming the environment. From sustainable furniture made from reclaimed wood to biodegradable cleaning products from Enjo .
In a breathtaking landscape that is not just a backdrop but also protects our ecosystem, we are actively committed to preserving natural diversity.
An innovative solution for all chalets is the use of heat pumps and efficient heating and cooling systems. These use renewable energy sources and thus minimize the ecological footprint.
